100% Australian made PGS Supergreen and the ultra-smart Country Club synthetic grasses (with two-tone mown effect) are the result of extensive research and development in the plastics and manufacturing processes. Both of these Rollout Grass golf products are made using Tapex “Helix” yarn – the first yarn made specifically for golf, for the most realistic putting surface available.

The individual fibres of Helix yarn present themselves in a multi-directional manner to provide a an artificial green with properties much closer to natural grass - both in terms of look and play, – a first not only for Australia but the international golfing industry.

Other synthetic green products on the market for golf have been developed overseas and rather than using KDK (non-directional) production methods, rely on long pile grass with a high sand content. These plastic grass greens eventually harden up and lose the ability to respond like a natural green, requiring constant rolling to maintain an even putting surface.

In contrast, non-directional Supergreen and Country Club are designed with minimal infill sand and more emphasis is placed on the unique base formula to absorb the energy of the shot, allowing the ball to check up and run naturally.

The Supergreen and Country Club systems are UV stabilised and come with a 7 year warranty. Supergreen is flexible enough to handle high-traffic areas like swimming pool surrounds and public recreational areas, and still maintain its looks.
