Congratulations to Tamara May on graduating October 7th, 2021 from the cosmetology program here at the Hattiesburg Campus. Tamara would like to say Thank You to her family and Instructors Mrs. Rachel, Mrs. Drummond & Ms. Elizabeth and ALL her crazy classmates for a fun year. Tamara won 1st place in the Hattiesburg Campus Avant-Garde hair competition with the help of her teammate. We are so proud of her and can’t wait to see all that she accomplish!

Congratulations to Shelly Harvey for graduating October 6, 2021, from the cosmetology program here at the Hattiesburg Campus. Shelly would like to thank her husband (Micheal) and her family & friends that have supported her on this adventure. Shelly won second place in the Feel Your Fantasy national student competition, winning a prize package valued at $1,000. She also won the Hattiesburg Campus Avant-Garde hair competition with the help of her teammate. We are so proud of her & can’t wait to see all that she accomplishes! Upon completion of her state boards you will find her working at The Best Little Hair Shop located in Dixie, MS.

The Academy is deeply saddened by the news of the loss of our recent graduate Trish W. Gullette. Trish graduated August 12th 2021. Trish worked hard in every aspect of the cosmetology program but excelled in hair cutting and extensions. Her wonderful and gentle soul will forever remain in our hearts. Our sincere condolences to her family.
