Working on the awards for the Bayou Boiling Point race. Still some work to do before they're finished, but thanks to the creative talents of Chris Lockhart, Mark Arcelle, and Tim Phelps they will be awesome!

Volunteers getting it done today at Bayou Point incorporating the berm loop into the race course. It should be a good spot for pictures next weekend. Hope to see you there either racing or heckling.

You can't ask for better MTB racing or camping weather this weekend! Bayou Boiling Point online registration closes on the 1st. If you are reserving a campsite,... you will need to do that at least 2 days prior to your arrival date. There are still plenty of sites. Good news from the folks over at the North Mississippi Trail Alliance! "It's official and about time! NMTA will be hosting a race at Bayou Point for the MORCS! The date has been set! October 3rd and 4th. It will be a two day event consisting of a Time Trial on the 3rd and Cross Country on the 4th. This race is part of the Mississippi Series and a chance for riders to enjoy all the blood, sweat, and tears, guys like Evan Murphy have put into the design, construction, and maintenance of Bayou Point. It should be a really good race! Spread the word!"
