Saturday’s are for sipping! Make sure you are sipping on something nutritious and delicious! We are open 8am-1pm!! Hope everyone had a great weekend!

To give the roads time to thaw out again, we will open on Saturday at 10am and be there until 4pm!! See y’all then!!

We will be open today (Friday) 1:00 to 4:00!!! We can’t wait to see everyone. Please DO NOT park in the Handicap parking space in front of the store. It is still frozen and very slick. Also use extreme caution walking in the parking lot.

We will remain closed today due to road conditions and I’m pretty certain our parking lot is still frozen. If anything changes throughout the day we will update our social media pages. We sure do miss seeing all of our wonderful friends!

We will NOT be opening today. Took us 2 hours to get here and had to be pulled out twice. The parking lot is a sheet of ice. Y’all stay home!!!!

I don’t know about y’all but I have missed my shakes and loaded teas!! Castlewoods Nutrition will be opening on Wednesday at 11:00. We live in Gluckstadt so everyone pray we don’t run into any closed roads or bridges! We will be monitoring this next weather event moving in and will update with what time we will close. Stay safe out in the roadways!!
