Family Termite is seeking career minded individuals to fill a number of different positions, including Sales, Termite inspections, Pest services, and a general ...helper. All employees for our field positions start as helpers which serves as training which is paid hourly plus overtime. Our ongoing positions pay commission or salary plus commission. The applicant must have a clear driving record with no moving violations in the past three years, must be able to pass a physical, background check, and a drug and alcohol screening. All of our positions are very physically and mentally demanding, including heavy trenching around homes and businesses, mixing and loading pesticides, treatment applications and more. We are playing around with a few new things with our apparel side. Learning about different types of transfers. So far I am happy and excited with what we learn...ed and the outcome.
