Six years ago, the medical system stated natural means would not help my digestive problems. I had already spent years listening and doing what I thought was the answer. I began to search for alternatives to pharmaceutical solutions. I found a great mentor and learned from her and studied intensively the natural methods to heal the body. I was able to remove myself from pharmaceuticals. It took determination, CONSISTENCY, intentionality, and hard work. I am determined to help as many people who want and need help to improve their health and give them hope. I am a certified Naturopath/Health Coach and am committed to helping my clients reach their goals. I look forward to adding to my client base and walking more people through their health journey.
