Natchez Ford has an immediate opening for a Title Clerk with a background in the automotive industry! Qualified candidates MUST be highly dependable organized, have strong attention to detail, and possess time management and follow up skills. This position requires a sense of urgency and completion of all tasks, both individualy and as a team. Responsibilities include: ... -Review reports as necessary to perform work duties. -Ability to work under presure and multi-task. -Clean schedules and write checks. -Organize all paperwork in each deal and double check for completeness, signatures, VIN verification, etc. -Work with state agencies to complete title transfers. -Accurately process incoming titles daily from dealerships. -Troubleshotting and problem resolution specific tot itles. -Maintain a high level of confidentiality. -Others duties as assigned by supervisor.
