P.I.B. had an amazing time at this years Brookhaven Hogwild Festival. We got to cook for the judges class on Thursday night then turnaround and got ready to compete with 38 other top-notch teams from all over the Country. Great turnout and when it was all over with we’re happy to say we took home some money and trophies. We even got to enjoy that feeling of thinking/hoping we were about to GC/RGC it for a couple of minutes..lol Happy with our cook and the results showed. We... ended up with: Chicken: 2nd (177.1428) won our table Ribs: 7th (172.0000) won our table Pork: 3rd (172.5600) won our table Brisket: 33rd (155.3484) last on table Overall: 7th Congratulations to Hank Vaiden of Hank’s Championship BBQ on his GC and to Tommy Self of Perfectly Blended BBQ on his first RGC as a Pro Team. Also, congrats to everyone that heard their name called and to Mark Porter and Adam Wallace for putting on such a well ran event.
