Latest issue of IN A WORD now online at www.inaword.com In this issue we highlight the need to stop Asian Hate. Interestingly, the US Senate is now debating a bill to address the problem. We also look at a study titled "Black Catholics less religious than Protestant counterparts". We highlight two African American Catholic women. Carla Harris who will be honored by Notre Dame University and Shannen Dee Williams who challenged Catholic educators to tell difficult truths about the catholic Church's involvement in slavery and segregation. Finally we draw attention to the tragedy in Indonesia where thousands have been displaced by an Easter Cyclone of devastating proportions. In particular we remember our SVD Indonesian priests in this country whose families are suffering greatly.
