Sorting thread this morning as part of a push towards a new year clean up and organize. Now, if only I could get the lid on the container.... #seamstressproblems

This morning- hemming a wedding dress. I am also being amused by how the bust form makes it look like she's sitting on my table.

Vintage finishing touches being added to a new tunic... I'm fairly sure that a card of 4 buttons hasn't sold for 29 cents within my lifetime.

Continuing with the fancy dress.... top stitching the zipper this morning!

Many projects this week, but for this morning: a fancy dress for the preschool princess! For there is a ball to attend Saturday and she hasn't a thing to wear. Here I'm working on the bodice.

Today's project! Horsehair braid sewn onto the edge of a wedding veil.

This morning's project is a new purse. I tell people that I'm on the quest for the perfect purse, and I haven't made it yet...

I do alterations and repairs, too! Hemming, hem repairs, zipper fixes and replacements, you name it!

What does one do when being stressed by life? This lady indulges in some sewing therapy! One new skirt and one new sun dress later, I feel way better. Pics soon! I will also be posting pictures of my line of chef pants and head wraps.
